Great to meet you!

Doctor of Nursing Practice, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC — Telepsychiatry for ADHD, Anxiety & Depression — Same-Week Openings in Oregon & Washington.

I’m a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20,000 hours of clinical experience across psychiatry and primary care. My passion is integrative psychiatry—I combine evidence-based medicine with innovative approaches to expand access to high-quality care for individuals and families in Oregon and Washington.

My approach to therapy

My approach is whole-person and collaborative. I draw on my background in both psychiatry and family practice to provide care that’s patient-centered and tailored to your unique needs. I often work with children, adolescents, and families, and I incorporate tools such as telehealth, genetic testing, and lifestyle strategies alongside traditional treatments to make care both more effective and more accessible.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect me to take the time to understand your symptoms, strengths, and goals. From there, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that feels right for you. I’ll also share practical, evidence-based tools you can begin using right away. My goal is to provide ongoing support, collaboration, and accountability so that you feel both empowered and cared for throughout your journey.
