Great to meet you!

From my office in NE Portland OR, I offer in-person and telehealth therapy for individual adults that’s grounded, thoughtful, and collaborative. My style is conversational — not clinical — and I aim to create a space where you feel heard, not judged. Whether you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, or just a lingering sense that something’s off, we’ll work together to uncover what’s beneath the surface and help you move forward.

I use tools like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), guided imagery, and practical strategies to help you find clarity and relief. But more than anything, I believe in the power of being truly understood — and how healing that can be.

You don’t need to have the right words. Just come as you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and attuned to the deeper patterns that shape our lives. I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all model — instead, I listen closely and tailor each session to meet your needs in the moment. Sometimes that means exploring past experiences that still echo today. Other times, it’s about finding practical ways to reduce stress, improve communication, or feel more like yourself again.

I often draw from Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), mindfulness, and guided imagination to help you shift old emotional patterns. Therapy with me can be reflective, creative, and sometimes even surprising — but always focused on what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to their own inner compass. You can expect to gain new insight into what’s been keeping you stuck, along with practical ways to navigate challenges — whether emotional, relational, or situational. My goal is for you to walk away not just with tools, but with a renewed sense of possibility and self-trust.

Over time, many clients notice they’re reacting differently — with more calm, more clarity, and less of that old familiar spiral.
