Great to meet you!

I see therapy as a shared journey — one that invites honesty, courage, and curiosity. You don’t need to have the right words or a perfect story; you just need to show up as you are. I’ll meet you there with warmth, respect, and practical tools for growth and healing.

I work with clients who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and integrates CBT and ACT with a humanistic, here-and-now focus. Together, we’ll explore both the surface struggles and the deeper patterns that shape your experience, with compassion and intention. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and move toward a more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through awareness and connection. I draw from trauma-informed, strengths-based, and evidence-supported modalities including CBT and ACT, while also incorporating humanistic and here-and-now principles.

I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, focusing on the integration of mind, body, and emotional experience. Together, we’ll work to uncover patterns, strengthen resilience, and develop practical tools that support healing and self-discovery. I also value deeper developmental work — exploring not just how to cope, but how to grow into a more authentic and empowered version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about creating a safe, welcoming space where you can begin to share your story at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain, and any questions or concerns you might have about the process.

I take time to listen and get a sense of your experiences, strengths, and goals so that together we can begin to shape a plan that feels right for you. There’s no pressure to go too deep too fast — the focus is on building trust, comfort, and understanding. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
