Great to meet you!

Hello prospective client! I have 6 years of experience that spans across some of the most high stakes, high stress systems there are, work that showed me how people actually cope, adapt, and survive under pressure. That range shapes how I show up with clients now: direct, and perceptive, yet compassionate.

I work with high achieving adults who are navigating burnout, anxiety, low motivation, and grief. Many of my clients are the ones everyone else relies on, at work and at home, and have spent years being the capable one without space to process what that costs them. I bring sharp clinical insight, honesty, and real tools clients can use, not just a space to vent.

My approach to therapy

My approach is nervous system informed and rooted in uncovering the emotional blocks, outdated beliefs, and patterns that keep people stuck in survival mode rather than growth. I ask reflective questions, listen closely, and encourage honesty over performance. Clients don’t just leave feeling better, they leave understanding why they were stuck and how to stay unstuck. I offer early morning sessions for people who can’t put their healing on a waitlist.

What you can expect from me

Expect your first session to start with an open conversation about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you're hoping to gain.

Expect an honest, judgment-free space.
