Great to meet you!

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and a wide range of other mental health concerns. My path into this work has been shaped by years of caring for people in different stages of life and health. I became a nurse in 2012 and began my career as a bedside nurse in critical care, where I learned how important it is for patients to feel safe, heard, and supported during vulnerable moments.

After earning my master’s degree in administration, I moved into leadership roles, which gave me a broader understanding of patient care and the systems that support it. Even in those roles, I found that people were naturally drawn to share their stories with me. That connection ultimately led me back to school in 2020 to pursue my psychiatric nurse practitioner training. My passion is working with teenagers and young adults, helping them better understand themselves, build confidence, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution-oriented, supportive, and grounded in meeting each client where they are. I believe therapy should feel collaborative rather than overwhelming, and I do not believe in pressuring people before they are ready. Everyone’s journey looks different, and I work to create a space where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered to move at a pace that feels right for them.

At the same time, I stay focused on helping clients make meaningful progress toward their goals. Whether someone is working through daily stress, long-standing emotional challenges, or a new diagnosis, I aim to provide practical guidance and compassionate support that helps them take the next step forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to help clients build enough trust to feel open, honest, and supported throughout their care. I am outgoing, bubbly, and easy to talk to, but I am also a thoughtful listener who pays close attention to what is being said and what may be harder to express.

I am not afraid to ask the hard questions when needed, because I believe those conversations can lead to real growth and healing. Above all, I want my clients to feel guided, understood, and confident that they do not have to navigate their mental health journey alone.
