Donita Smith

Donita Smith is a licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Shaw University in 2015 and her Masters Degree from North Carolina Central University in 2019. Donita is currently a member of the Phi Alpha National Honor Society, the NC ETA Chapter of Alpha Chi National College Honor Society, and National Association of Black Social Workers. Donita enjoys working with diverse populations, of all ages and is most passionate about helping others.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and talk therapy to help my clients achieve treatment goals.

Clients can expect a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment aimed at promoting healing, growth, and overall well-being. Client can anticipate ongoing support and guidance as we work towards their goals and navigate life's ups and downs as well as practical techniques and coping mechanisms to manage stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges they may be facing.
