Great to meet you!
I am a licensed therapist with a PhD in Family Psychology and over two decades of experience working with individuals and families navigating complex life challenges. My work centers on accountability, restoration, and helping clients rebuild their lives with clarity and purpose.
I believe in meeting clients where they are, without judgment, while also challenging them toward growth.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve on the Rogers State University Foundation Board and the board of Project 31, a nonprofit organization supporting breast cancer survivors and thrivers. As a two-time breast cancer survivor myself, I bring a deeply personal understanding of resilience, grief, and transformation. These experiences have strengthened my belief that adversity can become a catalyst for profound personal growth.
My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based treatment with warmth, directness, and hope. I believe healing, and restored relationships are possible with structure, support, and commitment. I am committed to helping you move forward in your life with strength and clarity.
