Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you have been carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, PTSD, or major life stress on your own. I work with children, teens, adults, and families who may feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and cared for. I specialize in helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and mood-related concerns. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I will meet you with compassion, patience, and practical tools to help you begin healing and feel more grounded.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy should feel safe and supportive, while also helping you build real tools for change. Together, we will work to better understand what you are experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create practical steps toward healing, stability, and growth.

I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and family-based approaches. I tailor therapy to each client’s age, needs, and goals, so our work feels personal, helpful, and manageable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, respectful, and comfortable conversation. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of our work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once — we will move at a pace that feels safe for you.

My priority is to help you feel supported and understood from the very beginning. We will start identifying your needs, strengths, and goals, then create a plan that helps you or your family move toward healing, clarity, and a healthier path forward.
