Great to meet you!

I received a master's in marriage and family therapy from Liberty University in 2009. Since then, I have been privileged to work with individuals, couples, and families seeking to improve their relationships and well-being. I continue to find it both exciting and humbling to be allowed to share people's journeys as they seek to identify and achieve meaningful life goals.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach and bring extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing as well as a variety of interventions from other therapy approaches. Over the past years I have focused on the military population and couples.

What you can expect from me

I hope to make sessions positive and helpful. My clients drive the process. I come into the session with an open-mind, seeking to understand who my client is, what my client wants and what is getting in the way of achieving that goal.
