I graduated with an MSW and specialized in Mental Health. I am a licensed clinician and have practiced in the field for 25 years. I have experience in multiple areas to include anxiety, depression, OCD, depression, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders.
I have a client centered cognitive behavioral approach with my clients. I am well versed in DBT/ mindfulness training. I am known to be very warm and empathetic in engaging clients. I have the ability to create a nonjudgmental and trusting environment that most clients feel safe in discussing personal issues.
