Great to meet you!

I’m Donna Holden, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also support clients working through PTSD, panic, ADHD, stress, identity concerns, and difficult emotions.

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether you’re struggling with something from your past, feeling overwhelmed in your relationships, or simply know that something needs to change, we’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way and create a path forward.

My goal is to help you feel more confident, emotionally grounded, and connected to the people and life that matter most to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, affirming, collaborative, and focused on helping you make real progress. I tailor therapy to your needs and may draw from CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, the Gottman Method, and family- and relationship-focused approaches.

We’ll look at the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be affecting you today while building practical tools to help you manage emotions, strengthen communication, and navigate challenges more effectively. I believe therapy should provide both understanding and actionable steps toward change.

Whether we’re working individually, as a couple, or with a family, my goal is to help you build on your strengths and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and identify what you’d like to change. You’ll have a warm, judgment-free space to share what you’re experiencing without needing to have everything figured out.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and creating a personalized direction for therapy. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the changes we can work toward together.
