Meeting clients where they are is my specialty. I have extensive experience and training working with survivors of trauma and clients who are facing grief and loss. I offer space for holistic approaches that clients embrace and utilize beyond therapy, and encourage them to grow and heal.

I use CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness and meditation.

I create a space for clients to believe in better health and well-being and to define what that means to them. Clients are often surprised how their goals are met and further evolve into greater opportunities.
