Great to meet you!

  • Hello! I'm so glad you are taking this courageous step to invest in yourself. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts.
  • I have been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor for 28 years. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marshall University in 1996. Additionally, I have furthered my education by being trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Trauma Focused therapy, Addictions Counseling, Grief Therapy and Faith Based Therapy.

My approach to therapy

  • Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way. Additionally, I incorporate humor into my approach.

What you can expect from me

  • My job is to meet you where you are and develop a safe, healthy, therapeutic connection with you. My goal is to provide you with tools in order to reach your own personal goals. I think you will find that I am a down-to-earth and personable individual. I am genuine and passionate about my work and am always honored to be part of a person’s journey, as a helper. I look forward to hearing from you!
