Great to meet you!
What you should know about me is that I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and not judged. My path into this work was shaped by a long-standing curiosity about human behavior and relationships, as well as personal experiences that showed me how powerful it is to have support during difficult times.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked in behavioral health in a variety of roles—from supporting families and at-risk adolescents to volunteering in community-based programs. Those experiences have shaped how I show up as a therapist: grounded, compassionate, and focused on helping you build healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and a more secure sense of self.
I understand how easy it is to feel ‘not enough’ or unheard, and I’m intentional about helping clients work through those experiences—whether they’re rooted in past trauma, shame, or ongoing life challenges. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.
