Great to meet you!

I am compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting each client’s unique journey. I meet you where you are, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts and emotions. I value collaboration and tailor therapy to your goals and pace.

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods such as trauma-informed care, mindfulness, supportive therapy, existential therapy, grief-focused work, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. We work together on the challenges that show up in everyday life: stress, difficult emotions, grief, or changes in relationships and life circumstances. I help you cultivate effective tools, deepen understanding, and expand perspective so you can navigate life with greater resilience.

What you can expect from me

When you work with me, you’ll have a supportive space to share your experiences, clarify your goals, and ask questions about the process. We’ll explore the challenges that matter most to you, and I’ll provide guidance and strategies tailored to your needs. Healing and growth often unfold gradually, and I work with you at a pace that feels comfortable, helping you build skills, understanding, and confidence to move forward.
