Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a therapist who believes in creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported—just as you are. Together, we’ll work at your pace to explore what’s on your mind, heal what hurts, and build a life that feels more like your own. My style is warm, open, and down-to-earth. You don’t have to go through this alone—I’m here with you.

My approach to therapy

How I Work

I take a collaborative, supportive, and holistic approach to therapy. My work is rooted in meeting clients where they are—with warmth, honesty, and a deep respect for your unique story. I draw from my background in school counseling, community mental health, and addiction counseling to support individuals facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. Whether we’re working through stress, grief, identity shifts, relationship struggles, or substance use, I tailor our sessions to your goals and pace.

My style is warm and direct but grounded. I blend practical tools with deep emotional insight, integrating evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I currently offer virtual tele-health sessions, making therapy more accessible, flexible, and convenient—no matter where you are in your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs — blending evidence-based practices with genuine human connection. I believe therapy should be a partnership, and your voice and goals are at the center of everything we do.
