Great to meet you!

I am an expert in trauma, resilience, and transformation. My focus on creative reinvention, transition, and transformation at every stage of life sets my practice apart. I specialize in treating low self-esteem, relationship issues, and emotional regulation challenges that often accompany complex trauma, depression, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder.

My approach to therapy

I have been in transformational leadership, private practice, and school-based settings combined for 25 years. My background allows me a unique understanding of human development, change, and therapeutic healing. I am currently completing my dissertation on Post-Traumatic Growth and the therapeutic relationship. This research reflects my deep commitment to understanding how healing occurs between clinician and patient, how trauma and adversity can be transformed into positive growth.

What you can expect from me

My clients are accomplished, high-performing, and ambitious. They appreciate my ability to understand how their drive, perfectionism, and sometimes emptiness, have acted as a double-edged sword, fueling exceptional achievement and personal dissatisfaction at the same time. Many find that our work together helps them integrate their achievement with deeper personal satisfaction and authenticity.

Trauma and adversity do not have to define you. They can be catalysts for growth, an opportunity to inhabit your full humanity with more beauty, balance, and joy. You have a big offering for the world; Let's begin.
