Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate mental health provider who genuinely cares about helping clients navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorders, and sleep issues. I value honesty, integrity, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly share their experiences. I respect diversity and inclusion and work to ensure every client feels heard, supported, and empowered. My focus is not only on managing symptoms but also on helping clients develop practical strategies and insights that improve daily life and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and client-centered techniques to help clients understand their challenges, set meaningful goals, and develop coping strategies. I prioritize clear communication, explaining treatment options, potential medication effects, and any lab results when relevant. By combining therapy, medication management when appropriate, and ongoing follow-up, I help clients feel supported at every step of their journey. I tailor care to each individual, recognizing that every client’s experience and needs are unique.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I focus on building a trusting relationship and understanding your unique concerns. We’ll review your mental health history, discuss your goals, and explore your current challenges in detail. I take time to explain treatment options, answer questions, and outline a plan that feels manageable and personalized. Clients can expect a warm, safe, and collaborative environment where their experiences are validated and respected. Together, we begin creating a plan to address symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and promote long-term mental health and well-being.
