I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who takes an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and deeper patterns so they can create meaningful and lasting change.
My work combines mindfulness and meditation with traditional therapy approaches to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I also incorporate depth-oriented techniques such as dream exploration and reflection on underlying patterns that may be influencing your current experiences.
When appropriate, I integrate hypnosis-informed techniques to support deeper awareness and behavior change, as well as psychedelic integration support for clients who are looking to process and make sense of past experiences in a grounded and meaningful way.
I value creating a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your inner world while also developing practical tools for everyday life. I may also encourage connection with nature as a way to support grounding, clarity, and emotional balance.
