Great to meet you!

I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and judgment-free environment. I work with adolescents, and adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, OCD, sleep difficulties, stress, and life transitions.

My approach is collaborative, personalized, and focused on helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I combine medication management with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and practical coping strategies tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

Clients often describe me as warm, attentive, relatable, and easy to talk to. My goal is to help you achieve emotional balance, improved functioning, and long-term wellness while creating a safe space where you can openly discuss your concerns and feel supported throughout your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe in creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment decisions. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and practical coping strategies tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences. My focus is not only symptom relief, but also helping clients improve daily functioning, emotional wellness, and overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, judgment-free environment where we discuss their concerns, symptoms, history, goals, and treatment preferences. My goal during the first session is to understand the full picture of what you’re experiencing and develop a personalized treatment plan that helps you feel heard, comfortable, and supported.
