Great to meet you!

Are you where you want to be in life? I want to help you in meaningfully understanding your world and experiences. Let me help you find the narrative threads that will help you reweave the fabric of your life. I have thirty years experience working with people with serious mental illness as well as substance-related disorders.

My approach to therapy

My background is in neuropsychology, or brain-based behavior. I use cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT) to help you change your negative thoughts and re-write your personal narrative. The power to change is within you, CBT helps bring it forward.

What you can expect from me

I have worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential substance abuse programs and outpatient clinics. I have worked with all ages, from children through geriatric, but I am currently focusing on adults.
