Great to meet you!

I specialize in medication management in treating mood, anxiety, psychotic, and substance use disorders. In the past, I worked as an RN in a dual diagnosis inpatient psychiatric unit. Recently, I have working in an outpatient private practice.

My approach to therapy

Initially, I provide a comprehensive evaluation that takes about one hour. Then, I provide patients with multiple treatment options, explaining the pros and cons of each treatment. Afterwards, I let the patient decide which treatment to try.

What you can expect from me

Initially, the client and I develop reasonable and measurable goals to achieve optimal functioning and remission of symptoms. Follow-up appointments will focus on efficacy via outcome measures with evaluation of treatment and changes made if necessary. Patients can opt for in-person or virtual appointments depending on their preference.
