I am a "tomboy" at heart! I love motorcycles, dogs, horses, the beach, running, and live music. But are we a good therapy match? You decide- AAS-Agribusiness, BSW-Social Work, MSW-Social Work. Work History: 8 years in Public Health, 5 years in Child Welfare, 2 years in Caregiving, 2 years in Developmental Disabilities, 8 years in Mental Health. Did I mention that I worked for DuPont for 10 years before going back to school for social work? I have a strong work ethic-that means I give you 100%.

I've been around for a while now, so, I can relate to anyone! I don't judge a book by it's cover. In fact, I don't judge at all. When we take one person at a time, it's always a good fit. You are important to me. One size doesn't fit all, so, we decide together about "our" approach to therapy. However, that is not to discount or forget about the importance of evidenced-based practice. There are plenty of interventions from which to choose!

You will experience support, concern, and clarity during our sessions. You will be comfortable during therapy, knowing that your privacy is safe and secure with me. When a session ends you will leave with hope and be anticipating the next session. I say this with full awareness that there are exceptions. True. There is pain, suffering, bad memories, triggers, and all that stuff. But, that's what we want to process and get rid of-not hold onto. The sooner we start, the sooner you'll feel better!
