Great to meet you!

I support women, adolescents, young adults, and individuals navigating life transitions who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm. I believe healing is a journey, and you do not have to walk through it alone. My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized psychiatric care that helps you feel understood, supported, and hopeful as you move toward lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in evidence-based psychiatric care that nurtures the mind, strengthens the spirit, and honors each person’s unique story. I work collaboratively with clients to create an individualized treatment plan based on their goals, challenges, strengths, and life circumstances. I believe meaningful progress happens when care feels both clinically sound and deeply compassionate.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive space where we begin getting to know one another. We will talk through your concerns, personal history, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from care. From there, we will begin building a treatment plan tailored to your needs, with a focus on helping you feel clear, comfortable, and supported from the very start.
