Dora earned her BSN from Delaware State University (DSU). She then pursued her MSN at Wesley College, a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at DSU and a post graduate certification from University of Delaware with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health. She is skilled in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to: anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD.

She is committed to providing evidence-based care and stays current with the latest advancements in psychiatric treatment through continuous education and professional development.
