I'm Dossley, I'm a Licensed Therapist with my DSW that practices in the state of North Carolina. I have worked with all age groups in various settings from inpatient to outpatient settings. I look forward to working with diverse individuals and aim to help navigate the challenges of life.
My approach to therapy is very much client- centered. I have used different modalities in treatment from CBT, DBT, and CPT.
In the first session, clients will be able to provide insight into why they've seeked therapy. Clients will gain insight on what sessions will look like moving forward. Clients will also colaborate with me on setting treatment goals and objectives so that their needs within therapy are met.
