Hi! I am Doug Phares a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) residing in the state of North Carolina. I have several years experience working with various clients from the ages 5 through adulthood. In my practice I have helped clients find positive solutions to problems with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, substance use, ADHD, mood disorders, and other related disorders.

I don't believe one therapeutic modality fits all so we will work together to find the best evidenced base modality that best fits your particular situation.
