Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Director, and combat veteran who works with adults and older teens facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and feelings of being stuck.

Many of the people I work with are carrying significant responsibilities at home, work, or in their relationships. They are often successful on the outside but struggling internally with stress, self-doubt, burnout, or a sense that life isn't where they want it to be.

My goal is to provide a practical, supportive space where we can identify what's getting in the way and develop realistic strategies to help you move forward. Together we'll focus on building insight, improving coping skills, and creating meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, direct, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should help you make meaningful changes in your day-to-day life, not just talk about problems.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based approaches. Together we'll identify unhelpful patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop practical strategies that align with your goals and values.

While understanding the past can be important, much of our work focuses on the present—what is happening now and what steps you can take moving forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding your story, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

We'll discuss what has been working, what hasn't, and identify specific goals for treatment. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and determine whether we're a good fit for working together.

By the end of the session, my goal is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of your challenges and an initial plan for moving forward.
