I have been a licensed therapist for over 13 years and have more than 15 years experience. I work with individuals as well as couples and families. Drawing on my personal and professional experience, training and education to provide you with the care and support you deserve.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is that is it very individual and that everyone has their own pace at which they move through the process. I meet clients where they are and help to find where they want to go and take that journey with them to ensure they get wherever it is they are wanting to be.
