Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Chigozie “Blessing” Amaefuna, and I know how heavy life can feel when depression, anxiety, PTSD, or other challenges seem to take over your day-to-day. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or hopeless—unsure if things can ever change. My role is to help you rediscover hope, calm, and strength in a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I take a compassionate and collaborative approach, always centering your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re managing ADHD, navigating the ups and downs of bipolar disorder, or healing from past trauma, I’ll work alongside you to build tools, confidence, and resilience. My clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling empowered—like they finally have a partner who believes in them and their ability to heal.

What you can expect from me

My passion for mental health comes from both personal and professional places. Having walked through my own journey with depression, anxiety, and trauma, I understand how important it is to feel supported and not alone. As a mother of a child with autism, I also advocate for awareness and acceptance both inside and outside the therapy room.

Outside of work, I love creating through arts and crafts, sewing, and giving back through community service. These outlets keep me grounded and remind me of the joy in connection and creativity.

If you’re ready to feel supported and start reclaiming your peace of mind, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
