Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families facing behavioral, emotional, relationship, trauma, or grief-related challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, parenting struggles, marital conflict, or the loss of a loved one, you don't have to face it alone. With over 20 years of experience in child development, trauma, and marriage and family therapy, I provide compassionate, culturally responsive care that helps individuals and families heal, reconnect, and thrive.

I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families. I help clients heal from trauma and grief, strengthen relationships, improve communication, navigate parenting and life transitions, and build practical skills that foster emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and lasting change.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. Whether you're facing personal struggles, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, or grief, you'll be met with compassion, understanding, and practical support. Healing is possible, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I help clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences influence their current challenges. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship difficulties and develop practical, personalized strategies for creating meaningful change. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant life experiences, and the goals you hope to work toward. I’ll also begin getting to know you and identifying areas that may benefit from support. Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized treatment plan that reflects your needs, strengths, and goals.
