Great to meet you!

I am an art therapist and licensed professional counselor specialized in working with individuals who are struggling with stress, burnout, creative blocks, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is highly collaborative, and sessions include time for art-making, creative writing, and/or building from any other creative outlets you may have. While creative approaches are central to my work with clients, it's important to note that my methods are trauma-informed and evidence-based. Overall, my style is validating, supportive and will challenge you gently at times.

What you can expect from me

Sessions integrate creative outlets with mindfulness, CBT, and interpersonal approaches to foster self-awareness, insight, and catharsis. These creative processes are not about creating a perfect product, but about engaging in exploration and expression to help you process challenges and gain clarity. Together, we'll develop a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and the latest research.
