Great to meet you!

Are you ready for change? I work with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change. My goal is to meet you where you're at in helping you navigate through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or if you're simply feeling stuck and unsure of a way forward. Many recognize that the ways they have been coping are no longer working, or they may be experiencing a significant change, loss, conflict, or period of emotional distress and I can help by supporting you in processing dark or difficult times and learning new skills to adapt and overcome.

My approach to therapy

Approaches offered: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

What you can expect from me

As a therapist with lived experience, I will meet you where you are. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, depressed, or affected by past experiences, you do not have to navigate it alone. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when you are unsure where to begin, but seeking therapy is a meaningful step toward healing and change.
