Great to meet you!

I've been a practicing social worker for 15+ years after receiving my Master of Social Welfare from University of California, Berkeley, in 2007. I have experience in a variety of practice settings and specialties including children & families, adolescents, young adults, healthcare, rural & urban social work, inpatient and outpatient treatment, dual diagnoses (mental/behavioral health & substance use disorders), LGBTQIA, and community mental health.

My approach to therapy

Using a combination of techniques rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Empowerment Theory, we'll focus on creating changes in your life one goal at a time and practicing behavioral skills focused on your values.

What you can expect from me

I found my calling as a clinical social worker to increase access to behavioral health services and share my knowledge to help others. I know your life can change if you practice the skills we learn together because I've done it myself. Please join me and commit to being present for yourself, Here & NOW.
