Great to meet you!

A client isn't someone who has everything figured out—it’s someone who is willing to show up, be honest, and engage in the process of change. Therapy works best when there’s a genuine desire to explore emotions, patterns, and challenges, even when that journey feels uncomfortable.

Most importantly, You do not need to be “ready” in a perfect way. You can come to therapy feeling lost, hurt, confused, or overwhelmed. What matters is your willingness to take the first step towards healing making positive changes.

My goal is to us this safe space support you, challenge you, and explore alternate ways of thinking to achieve growth.

Over the last 8 years, I have provided therapy in a supportive space for individuals navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, health concerns, and LGBTQ+ issues and more. As your therapist, I provide a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment where you can express your emotions openly and work through life’s most difficult moments.

When you choose to reach out for therapy, you’re taking a powerful and courageous step toward creating meaningful change in your life. I offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where your thoughts, emotions, and experiences are valued and respected. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to walk beside you as we navigate your challenges together.
