Great to meet you!

Life can leave us carrying experiences that feel too heavy to hold alone. Whether you’re facing the impact of trauma, struggling in relationships, navigating grief and loss, managing anger, or working through challenges related to substance use, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin again. The healing is not a "one-size-fits-all" process; my goal is to utilize an evidence-based intervention that you feel really "clicks" with how you view life and approach problem-solving. Common interventions I utilize include: EMDR, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused Brief Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique story. I believe that healing begins in a safe, trusting relationship. One where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. Together, we work to understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and develop heal.

What you can expect from me

The first session is up to you! If there is a pressing issue we can jump right in. Typically, I suggest getting to know each other and background information about the current issue and relevant history. Depending on the issue and preferred modality, we will discuss an outline of how treatment might look and what to expect.
