Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Hawaii with over 15 years of experience working with adults across private practice, military clinics, and government settings. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and OCD — the kinds of challenges where people can make real, meaningful progress. I work exclusively via telehealth, and when I'm in your corner, I'm giving you everything I've got.

My approach to therapy

I'm direct, warm, and results-focused — I got into this field because I love watching people actually get better, not just cope. My background as a military veteran and former crisis clinician means I don't rattle easily, and I'm skilled at cutting through the noise to get to what really matters. I work best with people who want honest conversation and practical strategies, not just someone to vent at.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation — I want to understand who you are, what's brought you here, and what you actually want out of therapy. You'll leave feeling heard and with a clear picture of what working together could look like. My Zoom room is a no-judgment space, and I'll meet you exactly where you are.
