Welcome to my practice! I am looking forward to partnering with you to establish a relationship that will address your mental health needs, now and for years to come. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), as well Family nurse practitioner (FNP). I graduated from Walden University with Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). As a PMHNP, I have experience in managing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions.
My practice incorporates medication management, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, culturally sensitive care, emotionally focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered techniques (PCT). I will support you on this journey.
I offer therapy sessions in-person, online via video, telephone. I am available most weekdays and the evenings. I work with patients struggling with anxiety, insomnia, depression, PTSD, OCD and other mental health challenges. I will partner with you to establish a schedule that works to address your mental health needs in a manner that will help you get healthy as you can be and get your life back.
