Great to meet you!

If you are reading this, you are likely looking for support. My name is Eboni Pope, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, from early adolescence through late adulthood. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, navigating major life transitions, and supporting personal and professional growth. No matter where you are in your life journey, I can meet you there. I bring a grounded, structured, and compassionate approach to therapy, focusing on helping clients improve their quality of life in meaningful and sustainable ways.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and evidence-informed. I view concerns within the context of relationships, family systems, and life circumstances. I integrate family systems theory with cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused interventions to support emotional regulation, insight, and skill development. Therapy is a collaborative and goal-oriented approach, balancing reflection with practical strategies to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space for you to be heard. We will discuss what is bringing you to therapy, your current challenges, relevant history, and what you hope to change or improve. I will walk you through the therapy process, begin identifying goals, and answer any questions you may have. You can expect a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we start building a plan tailored to your needs and pace.
