Great to meet you!

Hello there! My name is Ebonie Taylor-Dixon. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Families and Children. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves, strengthen important relationships, and make meaningful changes that improve their overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, open-minded, trauma-informed, and solution-oriented, with an emphasis on recognizing your strengths while working through the challenges that may be keeping you stuck. I support clients in developing healthier coping strategies, increasing self-awareness, and finding practical ways to move toward the life they want.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to know that they do not have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. Our first session will focus on getting to know you, understanding the challenges you're experiencing, and identifying what you would like to be different in your life. Together, we'll create a path forward that feels realistic, supportive, and uniquely yours.
