Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Ebony, welcome to the first step in improving your mental health! I've been a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor for over 12 years. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. While I have worked with people suffering from various mental health challenges, I'm most passionate about helping people are struggling with anxiety and/or depression. My goal is to help empower and educate you so that you are able to live a happier healthier life free from the weight of depression and anxiety. I'm looking forward to meeting you and assiting you along your journey!

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
