Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Ebony, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is passionate about helping people reclaim their peace, purpose, and emotional well-being. I work with individuals across the lifespan and have a special interest in supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorder.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a combination of medication management and psychotherapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and supportive therapy to address your mental health concerns together. I work closely with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure they feel empowered every step of the way.
