She is board-eligible for Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Preventative Medicine. She has worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs and as an Assistant Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Medical University of South Carolina. Her research has been published by Oxford University Press and Springer Nature. She currently works as an Investigator for multiple clinical trials.
