Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Shanika Smith, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and owner of Recover All Behavioral Health. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and related mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free. I focus on helping clients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment plan. I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and telehealth services designed to fit your individual needs and lifestyle.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they feel comfortable sharing their concerns openly. During the first session, we will discuss current symptoms, personal history, stressors, medical background, and treatment goals to gain a full understanding of your needs. Together, we will create an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, coping strategies, and ongoing support focused on helping you feel more balanced, confident, and emotionally well.
