Hello! My name is Ebony Wright. I am a License Clinical Social Worker licensed in NC, SC, and PA with 8 years of experience. I received my BA in Psychology at Emory and Henry College and MSW from Savannah State University. I specialize in depression, anxiety, couples counseling, parenting, family conflict, and military/veteran's issues. Everyone goes through various stages in life in which symptoms will occur, but it does not mean you have to remain in those feelings.
I utilize solution-focused, person-centered, and reality therapy to show you have control of how you think and behave. Providing methods, coping skills, and self-awareness through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can develop necessary skills to use long-term to make the changes you want in life.
You will be able to find specific behaviors, patterns, and new perspectives on life to feel comfortable making decisions to improve yourself by thinking outside of your norm is impactful. You will develop the skills to empower and believe in yourself through the evidence you will display from the work you implement inside and outside of sessions.
