Great to meet you!

I know reaching out for help isn't always easy, and I don't take that trust for granted. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing your story without fear of judgment. I take time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand the full picture before making treatment recommendations.

I believe you deserve to understand what's happening, not leave with more questions than answers. Whether we're discussing a diagnosis, medication, or other treatment options, I'll explain the "why" behind every recommendation, so you feel informed and involved in your care.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, mood disorders, and women's mental health concerns. My hope is that you leave each appointment feeling heard, supported, and confident about the next step.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best treatment starts with understanding you as a whole person, not simply your symptoms. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence based. I take time to learn about your experiences, goals, medical history, and daily life before making treatment recommendations.

Whether your treatment includes medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches, we'll create a plan that fits your needs. I also believe education is an important part of treatment, so I'll explain your diagnosis, discuss your options, and answer your questions along the way. My goal is for you to leave each appointment feeling heard, supported, and confident about your next steps.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about what brought you in, the challenges you're facing, your medical and mental health history, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. I'll ask questions to better understand the full picture, but there is no pressure to share everything at once.

By the end of the appointment, we'll discuss my impressions, review treatment options together, and create a personalized plan that fits your goals. My priority is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clear path forward.
