Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck—emotionally exhausted, burdened by anxiety, or repeating the same unhelpful patterns in relationships, work, or self-care. Often, they're high-functioning on the outside but privately carrying a lot of pain, doubt, or confusion. They may be processing trauma, adjusting to a major life change, or working to break free from addiction or longstanding emotional struggles.

What they need is clarity, direction, and a nonjudgmental space to do the work. They’re not looking for surface-level solutions—they want something real. They want to better understand themselves, challenge the beliefs that keep them stuck, and move toward a life that actually feels meaningful.

Their goals vary—some want to build healthier relationships, some want to manage anxiety or heal from trauma, and others just want to feel more grounded and in control. But all of them are looking for growth, relief, and a sense of inner stability.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Clients working with me can expect a therapy experience that feels both emotionally grounded and practically effective. I strive to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, build self-awareness, and work toward real change. I use evidence-based approaches—like CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care—to help you develop tools you can actually use in your daily life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction, or a life transition, my role is to walk with you, not ahead of you—to collaborate, not prescribe. Over time, you can expect to gain clarity, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of stability and control. I want therapy to be more than symptom relief—it should be a space for healing, growth, and meaningful transformation.

What you can expect from our first session

1. A Safe, Nonjudgmental Space I strive to create a calm, steady presence and a person-centered environment where you feel seen, heard, and respected. My goal is to offer a space that feels emotionally safe enough for you to explore difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment.

2. Greater Self-Awareness Through thoughtful reflection and honest, insight-oriented conversation, I help you better understand yourself—your emotional patterns, beliefs, and the roots of what’s keeping you stuck. Together, we uncover what’s beneath the surface to support meaningful growth.

3. Practical Tools for Change I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to give you tools you can use in daily life—strategies for managing anxiety, disrupting unhelpful thinking, and coping with stress and emotional triggers.

4. Clarity and Direction Whether you're navigating trauma, addiction, or a major life transition, I help you move from confusion to clarity. We'll work together to identify your goals, understand what matters to you, and take concrete steps toward living in alignment with your values.

5. A Collaborative Relationship I don't see myself as an expert telling you what to do—I see therapy as a partnership. I work alongside you, offering support, guidance, and clinical insight in a way that feels authentic, respectful, and collaborative.

6. Emotional Resilience and Stability Over time, my clients often develop greater resilience, feel more grounded, and gain a sense of stability in their emotional lives. My hope is that our work together helps you build a stronger internal foundation that supports long-term healing and well-being.
