Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Edward Fales. I’m a therapist drawn to this work by my own experiences of healing and transformation. I believe therapy is a space where we can slow down, listen inward, and rediscover who we are beneath the stress, stories, and survival strategies we’ve picked up along the way.

I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lost in relationships, or unsure of who they are or where they’re headed. In our work together, I help you understand the deeper patterns behind your struggles—how past experiences may be shaping the present—and support you in finding new ways of relating to yourself and others. I also offer tools to help you stay grounded, make space for difficult emotions, and take steps toward the life you want to live.

Outside of therapy, I find grounding in music, nature, Yoga, Buddhist practice, and good friends. I offer telehealth sessions and do my best to create a space that’s warm, respectful, and deeply attuned to you and your story.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a process of reconnecting with your deeper self—the quiet, intuitive sense inside that knows when something is off and longs for something more. Often, life experiences, relationships, and coping strategies can pull us away from that inner clarity. My role is to help you listen inward again with compassion and curiosity.

At the heart of my work is a focus on emotions—not just managing them, but understanding what they’re telling you. I listen closely to what you’re feeling and help you make sense of those emotions in a way that feels affirming and grounded. You’re not feeling bad because something is wrong with you—your emotions are trying to help you understand what you need and what’s not working. Emotions are messengers: they often point to unmet needs or longings for connection, safety, or meaning. Together, we’ll explore how those needs can be understood and addressed in ways that are healthy, empowering, and aligned with who you truly are.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply rooted in attachment. I aim to offer a space where you feel seen and understood, so that healing can unfold through connection—not just insight. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship struggles, self-doubt, or simply a sense of being disconnected from yourself, I’ll meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you can begin to share your story at your own pace. I’ll listen closely—not just to what’s said, but to what matters underneath—so we can start to understand what you’re feeling, what you need, and what’s bringing you here. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, supported, and gently grounded in the beginning of something meaningful.
