My approach to therapy
I think about therapy as generally needing a time in a person's life, with my job helping you work through your concerns, and then being available as needed; I'm here for you and you also have a life to live after counseling! Whether couples counseling, trauma work with a teenager and their family, or other concerns I generally aim for a relatively short term intervention.
