If you have tried traditional therapies and find them lacking, you may find my Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral approach to be of benefit. I have expertise in joining Eastern & Western philosophies with modern psychodynamic principles

A bit about my approach to therapy

My Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy approach includes transpersonal work which is defined as "experiences in which the sense of identity, or self, extends beyond the individual or personal to encompass greater meaning". This can include exploring non ordinary states of consciousness and spiritual emergencies.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to leave the sessions with a greater understanding of how your thoughts and emotions affect your behaviors and your life experiences. You will also learn and practice Mindfulness techniques to become less reactive to stress and life difficulties.
